# QIZMY

> QIZMY Buyers is an AI app for real estate buyer agents. It records the conversation during a home showing and turns it into a Home Tour Report that the agent reviews and sends to the client right after the tour.

## What the app does
- Syncs the agent's scheduled showings from ShowingTime.
- Records each tour with simple Record, Pause, and Complete controls. Recording continues when the phone is locked.
- Everyone on the tour can give feedback by talking naturally.
- Builds a Home Tour Report as soon as the agent taps Complete.
- The agent always reviews the report before sending it. Once approved, the agent emails or texts the link to the client, or downloads a PDF.

- A written analysis of each home, based on what the client said
- Lessons learned and updated search criteria

QIZMY was founded in Denver, Colorado by Kevin Shelledy, Andrea Salazar, and Prem Krishnamurthy. The name comes from "kismet," from the Arabic "qisma," meaning portion or share: each tool takes a portion of the work off an agent's plate.
