What is QIZMY Buyers?
QIZMY Buyers is an AI app for real estate buyer agents. It records the conversation during a home showing and turns it into a Home Tour Report: every home ranked and scored out of 10, a highlight and a concern for each home, a written analysis, updated search criteria, and next steps. The agent reviews the report and sends it to the client right after the tour.
How does QIZMY help me win more business?
It gives your clients something most buyer agents never provide: a scored, written report after every tour, built from what they actually said. Clients feel heard, see the work you're doing, and are more likely to refer you. And because the report is ready when the tour ends, you can spend that time refining the search, so you show fewer homes and write more offers.
Who makes QIZMY?
QIZMY was founded in Denver, Colorado by Kevin Shelledy, Andrea Salazar, and Prem Krishnamurthy. Kevin and Andrea are working real estate advisors who test every update on real buyer tours.
Do I have to change how I run showings?
No. Book showings the way you already do. QIZMY pulls them in from ShowingTime, and you press Record when you walk in the door.
Who can give feedback during a tour?
Everyone on the tour. Buyers, partners, and family can talk naturally, and QIZMY captures it all.
Does it keep recording if my phone locks?
Yes. Recording continues in the background, even on tours of 20 minutes or more, and recordings upload in small pieces as you go, so nothing is lost if your connection drops.
How fast is the report ready?
Right after the tour. Analysis starts as soon as you tap Complete. You review the report, then send it to your client.
Does QIZMY send reports to clients automatically?
No. Every report waits for the agent's review. Once you approve it, you can email or text the link to your client, or download a PDF.
What devices are supported?
QIZMY Buyers works on iPhone, iPad, and Android.
How is QIZMY different from taking notes or ShowingTime feedback?
Notes and showing feedback capture a line or two per home. QIZMY captures the whole conversation, compares every home your client saw, and turns it into a ranked report with updated search criteria and next steps.
Where is QIZMY available?
QIZMY Buyers is in beta with real estate agents in Colorado. Agents can request beta access on this site.
