Learn QIZMY in 87 Seconds.

Three short videos walk you from starting a tour to sending the report. Each one shows the real steps in the app, with example clients and addresses.

How to start a tour

  1. Tap Start a Tour.
  2. Add your client's name and email.
  3. Add each home. Search the address, or pull it from ShowingTime.
  4. Review, then tap Start Tour.
  5. Press Record when you walk in. Tap Complete when you're done.
  6. Check QIZMY's scores. Tap any score to change it, then tap Build Report.

Review and download your report

  1. QIZMY compares the homes and writes the report.
  2. Review the ranking, scores, highlights, and concerns.
  3. Change any score by hand if QIZMY missed a nuance, or if you didn't talk about a category, like current or future value.
  4. Read the analysis, lessons learned, updated search criteria, and next steps.
  5. Tap More, then Download PDF to save or share a copy.

How to send your report

  1. Review the report, then tap Approve Report.
  2. Tap Email to Client. QIZMY writes the email and adds the link.
  3. Or tap Text to Client. The message and link are filled in.
  4. Tap send.
